David Turpin and Amy Allison recently returned to David’s hometown of Oklahoma City after careers in Chicago and a brief stint in Florida, bringing with them a wealth of experience in interiors, furniture, and product design

Amy’s design career includes work with Holly Hunt and Deirdre Jordan of Troscan, as well as roles at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and Anthropologie. In 2006, she launched SODA by Amy, creating porcelain housewares, textiles, and wallpapers sold nationwide through retailers including SF MOMA, ABC Carpet & Home, Urban Outfitters, and Garnet Hill.

She now collaborates with her husband, David Turpin, a texture and digital image artist whose clients have included Rolling Stone, DownBeat, MSN, and numerous design firms. Together they founded soda DNA, creating custom textiles, porcelain works, and large-scale art installations.

Recent projects include a commissioned outdoor artwork for the Northwood Creative Neighborhood in West Palm Beach, a mixed-media donor wall for Fernwood Botanical Garden in Michigan, and a series of art collectibles for Airstream Brands.  latest commissioned porcelain and metal installations for Pamela Harvey Interiors will debut at the Aspire Showhouse in McLean, Virginia, in late summer.
